In a groundbreaking initiative, Mindset Series International, in partnership with Jobberman Nigeria and sponsored by the Mastercard Foundation, has successfully trained and certified over 65,000 women in Benue State. This free business literacy training, which initially aimed to reach 40,000 women in Benue State within three months, surpassed all expectations, reaching 65,000 women—a milestone worth celebrating.
Arc. Dr. Nguvan Kyenge, the lead coach of Mindset Series, expressed immense gratitude in this historic feat. “It’s a privilege to be part of this live movement in Benue State,” she said. “As community change agents, we are thrilled to witness Benue women coming out in large numbers for this life-changing training.”

The training, which spanned three months, equipped women with essential business literacy skills to help them thrive in their respective communities. The impact has been overwhelming, with participants benefiting greatly from the knowledge and resources provided.
- “When we started, we grossly underestimated the scope of what we had signed up for,” Dr. Nguvan Kyenge admitted. “The impact has been nothing short of incredible. I love to impact lives, and this project has allowed me to carry people along and help them benefit from what I do. We’ve been given a blank check to impact as many people as we can, and we’re not stopping anytime soon.”
- The opportunity to carry out such a large-scale project could have gone anywhere in the world, but it came to Benue State. God brought this opportunity right here for my cherished Benue people, covering all 23 local governments.
- So far, we’ve only touched less than seven, yet we’ve already achieved so much.
- The project has also created over 2,000 jobs, either directly or indirectly, providing a source of income for many in the community.
- The people can benefit as much as they are willing to embrace the opportunity.

As the first three months of the project conclude, Mindset Series extends its gratitude to everyone involved; the amazing team of think tanks, facilitators, training center supervisors, mobilizers, admins, media team, call center staff, volunteers, vendors, participants, and supporters. Every single input, big or small, has resulted in the success of this project,” she noted.
We are humbled and grateful for this incredible journey.
