The Mindset Series International on the 27th January 2025, held the onboarding session and opening ceremony for its flagship leadership development course, Developing the Leader Within You. The event surpassed expectations, welcoming over 150 eager participants committed to transforming their mindsets and embracing leadership.
The Lead Coach, Arc. Dr. Nguvan Kyenge, expressed her excitement over the overwhelming response, emphasizing the shared desire for change and growth among participants. Originally targeting 100 attendees, the course exceeded this goal, highlighting the increasing demand for transformational leadership training.
The induction ceremony was a moment of gratitude and reflection. One of the course coaches described the event as “nothing short of phenomenal,” emphasizing the dedication, passion, and energy that filled the room. The impact of the program was evident from the enthusiasm of both facilitators and participants.
